Halo: Reach is a first-person shooter which launched many years ago for Xbox 360. The game is backward compatible, but it's getting an Xbox One and PC port soon. The title follows the events that occurred on the planet "Reach" after the "Covenant" invasion. You step into the shoes of an unnamed "Spartan" as you face off against overwhelming odds. It's a lot like the Battle of Thermopylae, to say the least.
There are a lot of rumors floating around that a beta will be playable in Microsoft Stores, but we do know that new news will drop at 4:30 PM EDT today. 343 Industries is going to stream the game today on PC. Hopefully, a concrete release date will be announced, but it's unclear what the "news" is at this point.
Hopefully, the game will be available to the general public soon. There have been some delays, but given the fact that it's quite an undertaking, they're understandable. We should know more in a few hours.
